"I had State Farm insurance for over two years. The first customer service representative that I spoke to was fantastic. I got my insurance right away. However, after two claims which one was a popped tire that a nail on the highway caused and a cracked glass by a a truck that has a rock fall off. Neither was my fault or negligence. However, they decided that I have too many claims and not Rene my insurance. Last I remember that’s what you have insurance for. I will never ever recommend or use this insurance again. And to make worse they made seem that it was because I had two accidents. It’s after many calls they finally realized that it was incidents. It took my new insurance to make sure they take that off my record."
