"I had State Farm insurance for over two years. The first customer service representative that I spoke to was fantastic. I got my insurance right away. However, after two claims which one was a popped tire that a nail on the highway caused and a cracked glass by a a truck that has a rock fall off. Neither was my fault or negligence. However, they decided that I have too many claims and not Rene my insurance. Last I remember that’s what you have insurance for. I will never ever recommend or use this insurance again. And to make worse they made seem that it was because I had two accidents. It’s after many calls they finally realized that it was incidents. It took my new insurance to make sure they take that off my record."

"I am a new driver and I lived in the city and I had travelers as you know living in the city and being a first time driver your rate is sky high, I moved to Wappingers fall's a couple months after I bought my car and switched to state farm because travelers was actually raising my rate. Diane DiSomma is my agent and she was great! She offered me the safe and go discount which I think everyone should participate in it helps us drive safer and be more aware of other drivers.
